Sustainability & Conservation

Our commitment to sustainable practices is unwavering. We work relentlessly to ensure that our events are in line with sustainable guidelines. From serving Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified seafood, Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certified or organically farmed food, to only sourcing pole or line caught tuna, we strive to promote responsible consumption.

Food Supply

Our catering partners, Seasoned, share our vision for sustainability, reducing waste, promoting health through nutrition, and supporting local producers. They’ve incorporated daily plant-based dishes into their menus, creatively repurpose rejected produce, recycle extensively and even convert waste frying oil into biodiesel.

People & Communities

We take pride in being responsive to our guests’ diverse needs and being a committed community partner. Our child-focused charity, Merlin’s Magic Wand, provides magical experiences to children who need them most, through Magical Days Out, Merlin’s Magic Spaces, and Merlin’s Magic On Tour initiatives.
