From serving Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified seafood, Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) certified or organically farmed food, to only sourcing pole or line caught tuna, we strive to promote responsible consumption.
Food Supply: Our catering partners, Seasoned, share our vision for sustainability, reducing waste, promoting health through nutrition, and supporting local producers. They’ve incorporated daily plant-based dishes into their menus, creatively repurpose rejected produce, recycle extensively and even convert waste frying oil into biodiesel.
